HOW WE WORK
Creating brand value by valuing people.
Our entire process is designed to engage the people who matter most to your brand — your team, key stakeholders and customers — to generate clarity, momentum and brand work that has enduring value. It’s built on these three key practices:
1 | Get in the same room.
Fielding surveys, conducting research and scouring trend reports are important things we do. But we go deeper still. Our team personally interacts with and collaborates directly with your organization, hearing from your most important stakeholders in their own words. A big way we do this is through interactive in-person (or sometimes virtual) workshops called blitzes. They help us create alignment and build strategies that leverage the knowledge and lived experiences of the group.
2 | Create with everyone.
You don’t have to be a branding expert to bring a valuable perspective to brand work. We know that an inclusive process produces better results. So we welcome an array of perspectives into our work, from conducting in-depth interviews to blitzing with your team, stakeholders and outside voices. And rather than only share finished creative, we share in-progress ideas — because we believe collaboration will only make them stronger.
3 | Say “Yes, and.”
The purpose of brand work is to differentiate and connect. So how do we get to the type of ideas that will stand out in the marketplace? We take a page from improv’s book, building on what others offer by saying, “Yes, and.” The only way to keep an improv going is to be generative and build on others ideas. And we use this same mindset to keep pushing ourselves to express a client’s value in more impactful ways.
Let’s build a brand the world needs.
